3 Ways to Crack Your Neck Safely
The neck is one of the most common areas to feel stiffness and aches . Especially if you spend a lot of time hunched over a desk or working with your arms in front . This will pull your shoulders forward and lean your head forward .
By holding your head in this position for a long period of time the muscles will be holding a isometric contraction and possibly putting pressure on the mid cervical spine .
Over time you can develop a cervical Kyphosis . Which can promote arthritic change in the neck or compress the nerves in the neck and cause pain to run down the shoulders .
In this video I will be showing you how to do 3 simple mobilisation exercises that can help strengthen your deep neck flexors , mobilise the cervical spine and possibly create some cracks and pops that can give your some pain relief . So you will be able to crack your own neck safely .

Please guide . i started HIT without wearing shoes and suddenly this pain comes up , i neglect that and it increase , i feel pain early in the morning and the time my leg is in the rest and then i started to walk and it goes away in few minutes, and when i stretch its all good and i also realize when i stretch second time at night and use some balm it reduce inflammation and relieve pain so i feel much better in the morning and pain like get better,This pain is from several weeks so do i have to stop doing cardio or weight lifting or HIT? and how long does it take ?

I wont lie i cant do some of these because im either too fat or my knees are very very bad but i hope that doesnt effect how much stretching i get in because my back just randomly started pinching and i dont know how it even started... i didnt do nothing i literally was gaming i went to stand up and i fell back down into a kneel from the pain

can i use any type of wobble board in the pool?
I noticed when I slept with 2 pillows if my neck was tucked in it altered my breathing while sleeping I would struggle to breath, trying to wake up to change my position. 1) It's bad posture 2) Alter's your state of breathing NOT GOOD!!!

Is strechting better before or after soccer.
It seems according to this, sleeping on the stomach is a total no-go but for me it is the most comfortable position. Hmm. Fate rules.
